Our Nurses/Medical Assistants
Micki
Micki has worked with Dr. Booth since 1981. She is a mother of 3 sons
and grandmother to 2 grandsons. She is originally from South Dakota.,
but has lived in Colorado since 1981. She enjoys travel, music, and
watching theatre productions.
Cindy
Cindy is a Nebraska native, but has lived in Fort Collins since 1982.
She is a mother of 2 sons and enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening.
Leanna
Leanna grew up in Loveland and is now married with 3 children and 4
grandchildren. Leanna enjoys going up to the mountains and spending
time with her grandchildren.
Diane
Diane has lived in Colorado since 1982 and Ft. Collins since 2003. She
is married and has 2 daughters. She likes to travel and enjoys the
outdoors.
Mandee
Mandee is the newest member of out team. She grew up in Loveland.
She enjoys trap shooting, riding 4-wheelers, and racing snowmobiles.

Vicki
Vicki has been Office Manager for Pediatric Associates since 1981.
She is a native of Colorado. She is a mother of 2 daughters, 2
stepdaughters, and grandmother to 2 granddaughters, grandson and 4
step grandsons. She enjoys sewing, crafts, the mountains, beaches and
snorkeling.
Melissa
Melissa has been our receptionist since 1998. She is a native of
Loveland. She has a son named Domenic. She enjoys hockey,
4-wheeling, being in the mountains and spending time with her husband
Eric and son Domenic.
Annie
Annie is our Referral Coordinator. She has been with our office since
2006. Annie is a 3rd generation Fort Collins native. She enjoys
spending time with her son Dalton.
Gaylene
Gaylene is 3rd generation Colorado native. She has been married 27
years. Gaylene has lived in Fort Collins for 27 years and has 3 grown
boys. She enjoys spending time with her husband and boys, and also
loves to read, hike and go to the beach.
Debra "Deb"
Deb has worked in medical transcription and the front office since
1985. A native of Iowa, she has lived in Colorado since 1979. She is a
mother of three sons and one daughter and grandma to six
granddaughters. Her interests include spending time with her family,
church activities, gardening, baking/cooking, music, photography and
teaching preschool to her day care kids.
