*In order to ensure that your child can be seen before
we close, please call as early as possible on Saturday
mornings (starting at 8:00am).

Flu vaccine season is right around the corner. Please call to
schedule your flu vaccine/flumist appointment.
We have a new computer system. If you have a balance in our
old system and new system you may receive two bills from us.

The AAP has recommended that children ages 5-18 have yearly
well checks.
We have been experiencing an overwhelming number of patients arriving
late for their appointments. We would like our patients to understand that
when they are late that puts our providers behind for the people who are
on time for their appointments. In consideration of the patients who are on
time, we will have to reschedule you if you are late for your appointment.
When making your appointment if you have multiple concerns please let the
scheduler know, so we can give you the time and attention you need. Thank
you.

Due to an increasing number of people arriving late for appointments and failing to arrive for
scheduled appointments, we have been required to change and enforce our policy for
cancellations and no show appointments. (See revised policy)
