POLICY CHANGE- LATE ARRIVALS and NO SHOWS
Due to an increasing amount of people arriving late for appointments and failing to arrive for
scheduled appointments, we have been required to change and enforce our policy for cancellations and
no show appointments. (See revised policy)

Recent studies have shown that cold medicines are not effective for young children.

Toy Recall
As you likely have heard, this past August Mattel corporation recalled millions of toys which
have be sold in the U.S. because of concerns that they contain lead paint. You can check to
see if any toys you have in the home are on the recall list by visiting the Mattel website or
the U.S. general recall list.
